Cindy, I think that just showing ONE can of Campbell's beef soup misrepresents Andy Warhol's artpiece. There was a reason that his piece was a repetition of the same image of the can over and over.Or maybe that's just me, huh?
I've just gone there~Tong
but according to the definition of pop art, i think it can still stand...dun hv much space here ma, dun be picky.i like the 美都 one tooPS I know who you are, what an ugly name...WAHHAHAHAHA.toNG: 咁做咩唔同我去? 約我~
Sure an image like that stands on its own. But is it an accurate representation of Warhol's piece, as you have listed? That's the thing, and that's what I'd been saying. Isolating one section of the work and presenting it makes it your pop art, not his.But of course, I'm just having fun trying to find something to criticize around here cuz it's sooooo hard to find anything else to complain around here, huh? HUH? (meh.)PS. I would certainly hope that you're able to deduce who I am! I'd be disappointed otherwise. Anyway, thankyou for your uh... "kind" remark.(bakayarou.)
